With our Ai Toon Tags, each label is custom-made to reflect your child's personality. To create the most accurate and personalized character, we rely solely on the information you provide after your order — either through description or photo.

Please read the following carefully:

  • Proofs are not sent before production. Our artists begin work based only on the information you submit in your post-purchase details email.

  • If a photo or thorough description is not provided, we will use our best judgment to create a fun and friendly design using whatever details we have.

  • Missing details — such as hair length, hair color, skin tone, glasses style, or other personal features — may result in a more generic character.

  • Customizations cannot be redone, revised, or refunded once your tag is created unless there was an error on our part.
